07-Love language

Love languages refer to the ways in which people express and receive love in relationships. The concept, popularized by Gary Chapman, identifies five primary love languages:

1. *Words of Affirmation*: Verbal expressions of love, appreciation, and encouragement.

2. *Quality Time*: Spending quality time together, giving undivided attention.

3. *Receiving Gifts*: Giving and receiving thoughtful gifts as symbols of love.

4. *Acts of Service*: Showing love through helpful actions, like cooking or running errands.

5. *Physical Touch*: Expressing love through physical contact, like holding hands or hugs.

Understanding love languages can help individuals communicate their emotional needs and show love in ways that resonate with their partner. By speaking each other's love languages, couples can strengthen their bond and build a more fulfilling relationship.
